Many of our family fun America destinations are based on mountain biking trails – and Arizona is no exception. We’ve spent time in Phoenix with family (and hiking along desert trails, as well as in a cacti park) and in Sedona, both hiking and mountain biking. We love showing our kiddos the great variety of flora and fauna around the country.
Southern California is another favorite family recreation spot for us. We have relatives around the San Diego area, and my husband has familiarized himself with the surrounding hills for mountain biking trails. The beach is always great fun, as is Seaport Village.
One of the benefits of the internet is how much we can learn about different family activities and possibilities around the country (without having to personally visit each one).
